30-day happiness promise: If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email furatics@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send it back.

Changed your mind? Email us within 30 days of delivery about unused items and we'll work it out with you.

Hygiene note: Used lick mats and snuffle mats can be returned only if defective.
