Shipping policy

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).

Delivery: Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing to the contiguous US. Your tracking link will be emailed when your order ships.

Shipping cost: Free on all US orders.

Delays: If your order will arrive later than the estimate shown, we'll email you with an updated date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship: United States only (for now).

Lost packages: If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you don't have it, email furatics@gmail.com and we'll reship or refund.
